The severe impact of natural disasters on distribution system (DS) infrastructure highlights the importance enhancing resiliency such systems. loss critical loads, one worst results these events, increases significance resilient restoration approaches. In addition to distributed generators (DGs), which are common resources in schemes, internal combustion engines (ICE) cars can considerably affect DS resiliency. This article first introduces an idea for using ICE vehicle as energy a enhance system's flexibility during efforts after disasters. amount electrical consumption modern and availability home inverters makes this practical. addition, novel comprehensive method is proposed based optimal formation dynamic microgrids (MGs) that satisfies operational constraints considers vehicles not path-based or children-parent nodes concepts. Moreover, integration DGs microgrid. two-stage stochastic mixed-integer linear programming (MILP), uncertain load demand response (DR). Finally, effectiveness evaluated modified 33-bus IEEE test system. show leads restoring more loads. selection buses corresponding directly restored load. Budget limitation also considered article. Evaluation shows considerable increasing DS.
